These Terms of Service govern purchases made through the Oloi Shorua online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
ABOUT US
The online store is operated by Oloi Shorua LLC-FZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
PRODUCTS
Oloi Shorua offers products including books, digital publications, photography, apparel, accessories, homeware and other travel- and Africa-inspired products.
Some physical products are produced and fulfilled on demand by specialist third-party printing and fulfilment partners.
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Colours, proportions, finishes and other visual characteristics may vary slightly between digital displays and the finished physical product.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Certain products are manufactured only after an order is placed. Production begins according to the processes of the relevant fulfilment partner.
Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Where personalization is offered, you are responsible for checking all text, names, selections and other information submitted with your order.
We reserve the right to decline personalization that is unlawful, abusive, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal use unless expressly stated otherwise.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights.
Digital products may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, uploaded, shared commercially or otherwise made available to third parties without written permission from Oloi Shorua.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
You are responsible for reviewing the total price, shipping charges, taxes and any other charges displayed before completing your purchase.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Physical products may be produced and dispatched from different fulfilment locations depending on the product and delivery destination.
Where an order contains products fulfilled by different partners, the products may arrive in separate shipments.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, replacements and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
ORDER INFORMATION

Additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer may be the customer's responsibility, subject to applicable law.

Their involvement in fulfilling an order does not alter any mandatory consumer rights you may have against Oloi Shorua under applicable law.
LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oloi Shorua will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the store or its products.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
