Refund policy

EUROPEAN UNION – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason.

The 14-day withdrawal period begins from the delivery of the last item in your order.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw within the applicable 14-day period. You can submit a return request through your customer account:

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days. Unless the goods are defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

For an eligible withdrawal, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods together with the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. If you selected a more expensive or express delivery method, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first. Eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with the time limits required by applicable EU consumer law.

EXCEPTIONS

The EU right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including:

- goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken; and
- digital content supplied electronically where performance has begun with the customer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will be lost, where the applicable legal requirements for that exception have been satisfied.

A product is not automatically excluded from the right of withdrawal merely because it is produced or printed after an order is placed. Any exclusion will only be applied where permitted by applicable law.

EU CANCELLATIONS

EU customers may request cancellation of an unfulfilled order through their customer account. Where an order has already entered production or cannot be cancelled before fulfilment, any applicable statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
